Manufactured from top quality 30 ton carbon cloth material this low diameter, light weight, ultra fast taper action blank is designed for maximum range casting and rough ground fishing with leads between 5 and 6ozs, plus bait.

Though retaining outstanding bite detection, the power flow through the blank is rapid contributing to massive power availability in the lower mid section and ultra stiff butt. The light weight ratio of the blank increases overall casting speed adding distance to the cast, but has the added bonus of increasing the sensitivity of the rod in the hands of the angler.

Superbly finished in a hi-gloss black to minimize salt and dirt adhesion, the rod is supplied with coaster fittings, plus an 18" extension tube allowing the rod to be fished and cast with the reel positioned conventionally high up on the rod butt, or reel low on the rod butt for maximum range.
