Rated a 15lb class rod and with a carefully chosen length of 8'8" to maximise performance, the MTI 15lb Class Offshore is a sporting blank for the sporting angler. It is ideal for targeting bass, rays, tope and other hard fighting fishing over sandbanks and cleaner ground, but is also the perfect choice when using artificial sandeel and shads over wrecks and reefs for pollack, coalfish and cod.

With a light weight, ultra slim blank diameter, it utilises a semi fast taper blank with a supple forgiving upper tip section, but with power then rapidly building in through the mid section in to a stiff butt to give the necessary power to work a big hard fighting fish up from depth.

The hi-gloss black finish minimises the accumulation of salt and dirt and the butt is covered with black shrink tube to give good grip in the worst possible weather conditions.
