Although six section the blank action is a progressively powerful fast taper action giving full leverage against heavy fish when full compression is reached, plus it's rated to cast 4-8ozs, but peaks with 5ozs and bait. It can cast 5ozs of lead well beyond 180yds in the right hands. The supple upper tip section gives good bite detection making it ideal for all types of UK beach fishing, plus general shore fishing overseas for rays, small sharks, guitar fish and reef fish.

It features Fuji guides and reel seat, also distinctive blue shrink tube is used for the fore grip, lower reel seat grip and butt grip for improved feel when fighting big fish and for added grip if casting in wet weather. A glazed tip improves bite detection at night.
