We will gladly refund or exchange any unused purchase if you return it to use within 14 days of receipt in its original condition with all packaging intact.

Exchanged goods may incur a further postal charge (and a charge of difference if you require an item of higher value, we will refund the difference if the item is of lower value that your original item).

Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 to 2 statement cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal returns should show on your Paypal Activity Log instantly.
