UK Standard Delivery (mainland only) orders over £40 are free.

Deliveries will be made usually within 3 working days after you have placed your order (excluding weekends or bank holidays). Most orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders that include large items (rods, luggage items etc.) will usually be dispatched the same day provided the order is received by 9:30am.
Standard delivery starts from £1.99 for any order under £40, orders over £40 are delivered for free – in most cases the item will require a signature so we recommend you have your package delivered to somewhere where you know there will be somebody available to sign for the item (a place of work, a friend’s house etc). The item will be sent via the most suitable delivery agent. Our delivery agents are The Royal Mail, TNT, City Link, UK Post and Hermes. Most items will be delivered via the Royal Mail , TNT or City Link.
Order tracking is not available for any item sent via standard Royal Mail delivery - but can be issued for our other courier services and Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Your order will be delivered at any time between 9am and 5:30pm and a signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the courier/Royal Mail will leave a card to let you know how to pick up the parcel or to arrange a re-delivery.
We cannot deliver on bank holidays and we recommend ordering EARLY before a bank holiday weekend, traditionally these are exceptionally busy weeks and ordering early is best if you wish to use items for that weekend. We recommend ordering the weekend before or on the Monday before a bank holiday weekend to avoid disappointment when using standard delivery methods.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (orders less than 2kg)
If you want small, lightweight items quicker, we can send them via Royal Mail Special delivery. For any order less than 2kg there will be an option to send the item via SD. This is an upgrade on our standard delivery so our free delivery on orders of £40 does not apply.

Items ordered via Special Delivery require a signature and usually arrive before 1pm the next working day if ordered before 1pm.

Please note we do not ship long or bulky items to these destinations, this is due to prohibitive delivery costs provided by companies to these areas. Please contact us for more information.
International Delivery Information
World Sea Fishing will deliver standard, small items to any destination in Europe. We do not ship rods or any “bulky” items. Each order also needs to be less than 2kg in overall weight. Our online catalogue will automatically work out the weight of your package and apply the relevant shipping costs.
All items sent to European destinations are sent via Royal Mail International Signed for delivery and will require a signature when they arrive.
Orders will generally arrive within 10 days.

Priced below include VAT. If you live outside of the European Union however the following prices with be less 20% VAT.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock at the point of ordering we will back order for you. All in stock items will be sent to you and back ordered items will be sent when they are in stock, we will not charge you additional postage on the back ordered item.
Has my order been shipped out yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched you should receive an e-mail to alert you that the item is on its way. Please note that sometimes these e-mails are mistaken for SPAM or Junk Mail as it is often best to check your SPAM or Junk Mail folders, just in case.
From there on it should be delivered within the timescale of the selected delivery method.
I have received an incorrect item in my order?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please get in touch with us and we will endeavour to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
An item is missing from my order?
Occasionally we don’t send everything within the same package. Usually this will be detailed on the dispatch e-mail unless the items have been sent out on the same day. The invoice will detail if the items are coming separately.
