Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. Once you have finished your selection click on Checkout and you will be asked for the details we need to complete the order. All orders are subject to the availability of stock. We may have to cancel your order if we are out of stock of items which are discontinued.
We accept credit and debit card payment. We currently accept orders only from the United Kingdom.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo as well as payments via PayPal. With Credit and Debit card payments we will only charge once the item is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you pay via PayPal your account will be charged automatically but we do not remove the funds from our PayPal account until your order is fulfilled.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally send you your order within 1 to 2 business days, you will receive a shipping e-mail when the item has been dispatched. Please note once the item has left World Sea Fishing the time scale of delivery is down to the carrier and postal service.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If you are using our Credit / Debit card secure payment we will only charge your card when the item is sent. If you pay via PayPal your account will be charged automatically but we do not remove the funds from our PayPal account until your order if fulfilled.
Tax Charges
Orders attract a charge of 17.5% VAT on orders placed in the European Union. All our product prices are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in our software when the order is placed using 128bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. All our payments are processed on secure servers using the Protx security system or Paypal depending on which payment method you chose. All Protx payments are processed by Barclays Merchant Services.
Returns Policy
Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. The item must be unopened (with any seals, shrink wrap and any plastic bags intact) and we will issue you a full refund for the price only of the item.
By law customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
When withdrawing from your purchase within seven working days and there has been no error on our part we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you (the per item delivery charge for single items in a multiple order or the delivery charge of the entire order if you are returning the entire order). Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the cost of collection from you.
