High Stock Levels
Where ever possible WSF Tackle try to keep most of our items in regular stock. We maintain our stock levels daily and buy in more stock in advance of when it will be needed. This means that a large amount of the items on WSF Tackle are in stock most of the time. WSF also operates a system to make sure only items that are in stock are labelled as such where ever possible. We operate this policy as we have been on the receiving end of goods and items not arriving for weeks after they have been purchased – and we know it’s not a nice feeling! We try our utmost to communicate directly with our customers regarding their orders at all times.

Secure Ordering
We take your security very seriously. For your security and safety all of the payments made via the WSF Tackle web site are processed using the highest level of security through the ProtX secure payment system. This ensures your credit/debit card details are handled with great care and the information given is transferred direct to the banks secure server. This means that we never hold your card information and your cards details are never stored on computer and there are no paper receipts showing your card details.

Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are reviewed regular and we try to charge prices that reflect the actual cost of packing and posting, we are always on the look out to tweak and improve our postages costs and in many instances the postage costs are actually a lot higher than what we charge our customers. We also try to offer some individual products carriage free.  Customers can also take advantage of free postage on Terminal Tackle orders of £30 or more and all orders over £75 go carriage free.
